MANDATORY/OPTIONAL NATURE
The provision of data is mandatory by law for contractual fulfillment. The provision of data for commercial information purposes is optional.
CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Refusal to provide data for legal and contractual purposes may result in the non-fulfillment or partial fulfillment of the contract and/or service provision. Any refusal to process your data for commercial purposes will result in our failure to send you messages to update you on any promotions of our services, initiatives, and communications of events promoted by us.
COMMUNICATION TO OTHER SUBJECTS
The data, in the case of data processing for existing contracts, will be brought to the attention of, as Data Controllers or Processors, collaborators authorized by Como Lake Studios and may be communicated to credit institutions and/or professionals used by our structure, even in associated form, as well as to public Authorities and Administrations (the list can be requested from our Structure), within the scope of the sole execution of the operations and/or transactions requested by you, and/or for legal obligations. The subjects belonging to the categories mentioned above, to whom your data may be communicated, will use such data as Data Controllers, except for the subjects appointed as Processors. Your data, for commercial information purposes, may be communicated exclusively to employees of our structure informed and trained on the operational methods of data processing as required by Legislative Decree 196/03, in full compliance with the principles of correctness and lawfulness.
DATA DISSEMINATION
The data will not be disseminated. Como Lake Studios guarantees the protection of the personal data provided and undertakes every reasonable effort to protect its IT structures from external intrusions and to use the information according to the methods chosen by the user.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
We remind you that you can know, request rectification, and/or oppose the processing of your personal data at any time, by sending a simple email with the request to the address [isabella@bbvillaeugenia.com](mailto:isabella@bbvillaeugenia.com). Your requests will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within 15 days of receipt, as established by the Privacy Guarantor. The Data Controller will provide you with the responses required by law if you intend to assert the rights recognized to you by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for your convenience we reproduce in full below.
LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003 RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
1.The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2.The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the data controller, the processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, processors, or persons in charge.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means with respect to the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
